Automatic commission refund forms

If your customer does not pay for the order within a defined time, the system may automatically send a refund request. All applications are sent with the reason parameter: the buyer did not pay.

In order to activate this option, log in to the system and go to the Products / Allegro / settings tab. In the automatic commission returns section, define settings and save changes by clicking the Save settings button.
