From May 2020, Buyers on Allegro can cancel the order. Due to the specificity of virtual products, you can configure the system in a way that will make impossible to cancel the order after receiving the products or booking the payment. You can activate the automatic change of order status to:
- processing - immediately after the payment is booked - find out more;
- sent - after the products are sent - find out more.
Changing the status of an order to processed or shipped prevents its cancellation by the customer.
If a Buyer cancels an order to which Automater:
- has not sent products yet - the transaction will be deactivated and no codes will be sent;
- sent products - the transaction will remain active, but we will block the sending of further codes.
