If you have not received the message with the code because of an error in the entered email address, please contact the seller directly.
For this purpose:
- if you purchase on Allegro: start a dispute to the transaction or contact Allegro customer service directly,
- in the case of purchase on eBay: start a dispute to a transaction on eBay or PayPal for failure of the transaction by the Seller,
- in the case of purchase in the online store: make a complaint to the intermediary with whom the payment was made, e.g. DotPay or PayPal, in the event of failure by the Seller.
If you failed to communicate with the seller, contact us providing information about the date and time of the order and the email address to which the order was placed. After verifying the application, we will provide you with contact details of the Seller.
