You can limit the number of products sent for each transaction.
To activate the limits, go to the settings of the selected monitoring, and then select Shipping Settings on the right. Then, in the section Limiting the amount of sent codes, select:
- maximum number of codes that can be sent to each transaction from this monitoring,
- type of restriction:
a) limit the number of codes sent in one transaction to a Customer - the limitation will be calculated for each transaction separately and previous purchases of the same Customer will not be taken into limit;
b) limit the number of codes sent within the whole auction to one Client - the limitation will apply to the whole auction or product, previous purchases of the same Client will be counted, and if the sum of paid purchases exceeds the allowed amount, no code in new transactions will be sent to the Client; - c) limit the number of codes sent within the entire Automater account to one Client - the limitation will apply to all auctions and products on your Automater account, previous purchases of the same Client will be counted, and if the sum of paid purchases exceeds the allowed amount, no code in new transactions will be sent to the Client.
In order to activate limits, go to the settings of the selected monitoring, and then on the right, select the Shipping settings option. Next, in the Limiting the amount of sent codes section enter the maximum number of codes that can be sent for each transaction from this monitoring.
Example: if you limit the number of codes sent to eg. 3, each customer who buys more than 3 codes will receive only 3. The limit of sending for transactions can be deleted in the transaction register.
The limits of the number of codes sent operate only for transactions that were created when this setting was active. This option is not retroactive.
